At ROESSENTIALS, we empower and inspire people to create your unique beauty and style as you age gracefully. Most importantly, we want you to enjoy your best life and all the opportunities to make dream happen.

Established in 2018, The ROESSENTIALS brand was created when my career in the public sector transitioned. Using my talents and skills obtained in the education and philanthropic sectors, I launched my first business, Family Solutions Associates. A social impact company dedicated to providing specialized community planning, consulting, training, and dependent care solutions for families, 

As I approached the last decade of my "Second Act", I realized that it was time to re-invent myself and start living life for me. I am a driven leader and wanted to be a #ladyboss. Inspired by everything beautiful and having a passion for creativity, I embarked upon starting an Esty shop to begin selling my creations. I love color and working with my hands to create amazing treasures. I especially love to repurpose items and give them new life. I found the beauty in repurposing old books to create shabby chic journals.

Through my new mid-life journey, I also found that creativity sparked my emotional intelligence and relieved stress. Which then led me to create "Junk Journals" using papers from old books and various treasures. I love the feel and variety of textures that paper has. Inspired by color, I decided to dye my own papers using various, coffee, tea, and natural stains. Check out my Etsy shop to see what inspires my creativity.

Having a passion for everything beauty and being obsessed with "playing" with makeup and dressing my best for over 30 years, I embarked upon another creative journey. I partnered two companies that align with my mission to serve others. SEINT Beauty and Rising Phoenix, allow me to express myself with confidence, experiment with different makeup techniques and share amazing casual styles to inspire every woman to be the best version of herself at any age.
